Myspace, Facebook, Twitter…Social Media…Web 2.0. What does any of it have to do with long term care? Surprisingly, quite a bit. As more adults over the age of 55 familiarize themselves, and become more comfortable with, computers and the internet, they too are realizing the opportunities to network with others, research long term health care issues, or simply socialize, are hard to ignore. Baby boomer websites are beginning to catch on and grow in popularity. As we posted last week, we’ve seen the same thing happening in the long term care insurance industry.
